1. Agreement
By creating an account or using getrresume.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
getrresume.com offers AI-assisted resume building, ATS analysis, cover letters, rewrite tools, job matching features, and related downloads. Features may change as we improve the product. Free and paid plans have different limits as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You must confirm your email before signing in (new accounts).
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Abuse AI features, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the resume and profile content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request (generation, storage, export, analysis).
6. AI outputs
AI-generated text may contain errors or generic suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before using it in job applications. Outputs are provided “as is” without guarantee of interviews or employment.
7. Paid plans
Paid features are billed through our payment partner. Prices and entitlements are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
8. Intellectual property
The getrresume.com brand, UI, templates (as software), and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell the platform itself.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect ATS scores, or that AI outputs will meet every employer’s requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or ₹0 if on a free plan).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
